A look into the amazing lives of animals and their abilities. We feature animals such as a hawk, owl, falcon, parrot, snakes, tarantulas and other creepy crawlies, and more. The audience is allowed an up close view of otherwise unapproachable wildlife. *actual species may vary on day-of event. |

Hop on a golf cart with a Mitchell Lake naturalist to learn more about our center, wetlands, and the birds that use our site as a stopover during their migration journey. Tours last approximately 30-45 minutes. Sign up for a tour at the Leeper House Visitor Center – limited seats available on a first come, first serve basis. |

9:00 – 1:00pm | Recycled Nature Book Sale | Leeper House Visitor Center | Come browse our selection of used books about nature and the natural world. Topics include birds, plants, field guides, pollinators, and more! 100% of the profits go directly to supporting the Center. Prices start at $0.50. |
