During these busy times, there are few better ways to refresh the mind and soothe our souls than spending time in nature. Special guest Molly Tsongas from Audubon California, Lari Jo Edwards from the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, and Angel Poe from Mitchell Lake Audubon Center to discuss ways to reduce stress by practicing mindfulness in nature. You will learn how birding can be a meditative activity, as well as how nature can be incorporated into gratitude and journaling practices. This special program combines the practical with the uplifting, and you will feel inspired to integrate mindfulness in nature into your own life.
